1. What this covers

This policy explains what information TSecForge collects through tsecforge.com, hacklux.com, and our lab platform, and how we use it. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.

2. What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
Careers form: your name, email, area of interest, availability, the links you share (profile and resume), and what you write about yourself.
Lab platform: account details, and activity needed to run labs and show progress (for example which labs you started and completed).
Technical data: basic server logs such as IP address and browser type, created by our hosting provider when you visit the site.

3. How we use it

To reply to your messages and run institutional engagements.
To review applications and decide on roles or collaborations.
To operate, secure, and improve the labs and the website.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We use third-party services to run the site. Form submissions are handled by Formspree, the site is hosted on Vercel, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers process data under their own policies. Resume links you share are opened only to evaluate your application.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages and applications for as long as needed to respond and evaluate them, and lab account data for as long as your account or your institution's engagement is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing through the contact form at tsecforge.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information such as passwords or government ID numbers through the forms.

8. Children

The Services are intended for people aged 18 and over, or for younger students using an institution's account under its supervision. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Services change. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do.
