TSecForge ("TSecForge", "we", "us", "our") is a cybersecurity training platform, operated as a sole proprietorship registered under India's Udyam MSME scheme. HackLux is TSecForge's CTF (Capture the Flag) challenge sub-brand. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tsecforge.com, hacklux.com, lab.knightsecured.com, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing a lab, submitting a CTF challenge, applying for a role, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an institution (a college, bootcamp, or company), you confirm you have authority to bind that institution to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account directly. Students under that age may use the Services only through an institution's account, under that institution's supervision and responsibility.
The Services provide deliberately vulnerable, isolated lab environments for learning offensive and defensive security techniques. This is the core of what we do, so the rules around it matter:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Lab environments are provisioned per-session and may be reset, rate-limited, or torn down without notice as part of normal operation.
All lab content, CTF challenges, platform code, branding, and course material are owned by TSecForge or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own learning or, where agreed in writing (e.g. a college or corporate engagement), for delivering training to your students or employees. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish challenge solutions, write-ups, or platform content without our prior written permission.
If you submit a resume or application through our careers form, you consent to us storing and reviewing that information (including any file you upload) to evaluate you for a role or collaboration with TSecForge. We do not sell applicant data to third parties. See Section 10 (Privacy) for more.
Individual access to public labs or CTFs may be free or paid as stated at the point of access. Institutional engagements (college deployments, corporate training, custom CTF builds) are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these Terms for commercial terms, pricing, and delivery timelines.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. As an early-stage, actively developed platform, features, lab availability, and content may change without notice.
We collect the information you provide directly (account details, form submissions, resumes, lab activity logs) to operate and improve the Services. We do not sell your personal data. If you have questions about what we hold about you or want it deleted, contact us using the details in Section 13.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSecForge and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any consequence of techniques learned through the Services being used outside authorized lab environments. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. For any questions about these Terms, reach us via the contact form at tsecforge.com.
